A contemporary African American artist, Helena Robinson was born in Boise, Idaho in 1965.Her passage through the art world began in grade school and by junior high; she was already respected as an artist by her teachers and peers. Helena is the product of a diversified military upbringing where she journeyed the world and interacted with various cultures.
